M/s. ASSAM ELECTRICALS was established in 1967 by Late Dev Raj Singh, who was a graduate engineer from BHU, 1955-56 batch and had worked at Warren Tea Limited as a Group Engineer for ten years before commencing his entrepreneurial journey.

AE is registered with the Directorate of Industries and Commerce, Government of Assam, in the Micro Sector. AE is also registered with NSIC under their single window scheme.

AE, situated at Laipuli (Near Tinsukia) – has an integrated manufacturing facility and is engaged in the ‘design, manufacture, installation and servicing of Medium Voltage Electrical Control and Distribution Panels’.

AE’s Quality Management Systems are certified to ISO 9000:2015.

AE presently has 25 employees with an annual average turnover of INR 80 million.

AE are approved Panel Builders for Oil India Limited, ONGC Limited, APDCL and ISRO, Bangalore (the only Panel Builder from the North-East to have this coveted approval).

M/s Assam Electricals as a part of Corporate Social Responsibility is actively engaged with Indira Gandhi High School, renovation of Okanimoria Naamghar (established in 1935), and also supports Girl Child education and gives scholarships to meritorious and deserving students of local area. AE is also closely associated with Apna Vidya Mandir, a school in remote Wakro at Arunachal Pradesh and has constructed a multipurpose hall (badminton court cum auditorium for school children).
